1, Ｈardness

Hardness is one of the parameters that can embody the production technology and technology of the most injected force plate, and is an important part in quality control. The hardness can reflect the purity of the raw material PMMA, the weather resistance of the plate material, the high temperature resistance performance, and the like. Hardness directly affects whether the plate material shrinks, bends, and deforms, and whether the surface cracks during processing. 2, Thickness (Akatsu power tolerance)

Since there is a tolerance in the thickness of the plate, controlling the tolerance is an important embodiment of quality control and production technology. All of the production of Akatsuki has one international standard ISO 7823
Tolerance requirements for pouring plates: Tolerance = ± (0.4 + 0.1 x thickness)
Extruded plate tolerance requirements: Tolerance = <3 mm thickness: ± 10%> 3 mm thickness: ± 5%

3, transparency / whiteness

Strict raw material blending, advanced blending and modern production technology production, ensuring extremely good transparency and pure whiteness of board materials. The flame is polished and transparent.

4. It has crystal-like transparency, has a light transmittance of 92% or more, is soft in light, has clear vision, and has a good color-developing effect when it is dyed with dye.

5. Substrate plate has excellent weather resistance, high surface hardness and surface gloss, and good high temperature performance.

6. The substrand plate has good processing performance and can be thermoformed and machined.

7. The transparent material has a light transmittance comparable to that of glass, but its density is only half that of glass. Also, it is not as fragile as glass, and even if it breaks, it does not form sharp shards like glass.

8. The wear resistance of the aluminum plate is close to that of aluminum material, it has good stability, and it withstands the corrosion of various chemicals.

9. The Akatsuki board has good printability and paintability, and by adopting appropriate printing and painting techniques, it is possible to give an ideal surface decoration effect to Akatsuki products.

10. Flame resistance: It does not self-combust, but belongs to flammable materials and does not have self-extinguishing properties.

Manufacturing Description

Acrylic goods

Our products are printed and cut on a transparent acrylic plate with Hypo-Month UV inkjet printing. Inkjet printing of acrylic board with desired shape cutout, logo mark illustration, etc.

It is possible to produce from a minimum lot of 100 pieces. If you submit data such as original goods and souvenirs for stores and individuals, we will cut out and print in full color based on that data.

Since it is an inkjet, there is no need for a printing plate, and it is possible to print individual serial numbers.

We also make sample prototypes before mass production, so we will make formal mass production arrangements after confirming.
