1. Sculpt the product prototype according to the drawings: due to the different shrinkage rate of each kind of soil due to the firing temperature, the sculpted product prototype is larger than the final product.

The shrinkage of high-temperature products is 1.16-1.17 (firing temperature is about 1350).

The shrinkage of medium temperature products is 1.15 (firing temperature is about 1250).

The shrinkage of dolomite is about 1.05 (firing temperature is about 1050).

2.  Note: a large mold can only produce about 50-80 products (depending on the grain of the product).

3.  Drying of large cargo molds: it depends on the size of the mold, ranging from 1 to 3 days.

4.  There are three main forming methods:

4-1.  grouting: mainly used for irregular products.

4-2.  pressure: mainly used for disc, disc and other flat products.

4-3. rolling: mainly used for round products such as cups and bowls.

5.  Kiln: at present, there are three main types
